GO-TV Welcomes Ching Wah Chin as a New Member of the Board of Directors

 

 

Ossining, NY  (January 2004) Greater Ossining TV (GO-TV) welcomes Ching Wah Chin of Ossining as its newest member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Chin, an attorney, brings a wealth of telecommunications and community service background to the Board.

 

Mr. Chin is currently an Associate Counsel with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in Manhattan.  He has been Corporate Counsel for Orion Telecommunications Corporation in New York City, Senior Associate Corporation Counsel for the City of Yonkers, and Adjunct Faculty for New York Law School.  He has been in private practice as a Partner at Chin & Chin in New York City and has served as a Law Clerk for United States District Court Judge Marvin Katz in Philadelphia.  He was formerly an associate at Schulte, Roth & Zabel.

 

He is a member of the Town of Ossining Zoning Board of Appeals, and Acting Director of the New York Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors.

 

Mr. Chin holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.  He has published a note on Protecting Employees and Neglecting Technology Assessment, and several articles on Chinese military history.

 

 

 

GO-TV broadcasts public access on Channel 18, and government access on Channel 78.  Now in its 9th year of operation, GO-TV serves the Village and Town of Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, and parts of Chappaqua, Pleasantville, Valhalla and Mount Pleasant.
